Billing & cancellations: by submitting this form, you agree to be charged on a monthly basis for the package you selected. You can cancel any time from your client account at yoursocialmind.com/account — your plan stays active through the period you have already paid for, then stops, and nothing further is charged. Partial refunds are not provided for unused days or services within a month already billed.
Holiday schedule: our team observes all Jewish and legal holidays. Posting and communication pause during these times, and billing continues as part of the regular monthly cycle. Posts missed during Jewish holidays are not made up or rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain these observances while providing consistent, high-quality service throughout the rest of the month.
