While SocialMind may assist in creating, editing, or publishing content, final responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all client content remains with the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SocialMind is not responsible for claims, representations, or materials supplied by clients.

6.Results & Performance Disclaimer

SocialMind provides marketing, social media management, and advertising services intended to improve brand visibility and performance. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including follower growth, engagement, lead volume, sales, or revenue.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, audience behavior, budgets, and client-provided materials. Results may vary.

7.Third-Party Platform Risk

SocialMind manages accounts and campaigns on third-party platforms that operate under their own rules, algorithms, and enforcement policies.

We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, ad approvals, account approvals, or continued availability of any account or campaign.

SocialMind is not responsible for suspensions, bans, restrictions, algorithm changes, policy enforcement actions, or service outages imposed by third-party platforms.
